Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I’ve worked in both hospital and outpatient mental health settings, helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and everyday stress. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership. My approach is strength based, collaborative, and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT and ACT. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward creating a meaningful life that aligns with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your personal history, and talk about what you’d like to accomplish. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether we’re a good fit to work together.
