Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with 10 years of professional work experience as an LMSW and LCSW. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, & depression, as well as, various other life stressors. My recent work has been with maternal mental health and the perinatal period which is a passion of mine. I enjoy opportunities to connect with clients who are dealing with the struggles of every day life as a mom, wife, or parent.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My goal is to help my clients find their best self and set goals that help them reach that person they want to be, as well as, identify ways to cope more effectively with life situations and stressors. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will go over some of the initial assessments to help me understand your needs, as well as, engage in a conversation about what you hope to accomplish through therapy. I let clients take the lead in setting goals that they see as beneficial to their own life.
