Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Jenna (they/them), a queer IFS therapist dedicated to creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself, without explanation, apology, or fear of judgment. I specialize in anxiety reduction, somatic awareness, healing relational wounds, and regaining a sense of wholeness after painful experiences.

My approach to therapy

Emotions live in the body. Our feelings, longings, and hopes... these are all happening on a physical and energetic level. Working somatically allows immediate access to lived experience and tangible change.

Our relationships bring out the hardest parts of us. Bringing relationships to therapy supports the unwinding of well-set patterns and the potential for feeling more connected with yourself and the people in your life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions—curiosity, hope, anxiety, or even skepticism. All of that is welcome. We’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you in. Some people come with a clear goal, while others are still figuring things out. Both are completely okay.

the first session is a chance for you to get a feel for me. Therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and understood, so I welcome your questions—about my approach, my experience, or anything else that matters to you.

My goal is to create a space where you can begin to settle in, feel supported, and start building a relationship rooted in trust.
