Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Taking this step isn’t easy and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.

As a therapist, I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, and the impact of past trauma on their current lives. I have a particular focus on supporting folks who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck in people-pleasing cycles, or struggling with the unique emotional burdens that can come with health challenges like food allergies and autoimmune conditions. Many of my clients are highly sensitive individuals learning to set boundaries and honor their own needs.

To support this work, I’m trained in evidence-based approaches like CBT, as well as powerful somatic therapies like Brainspotting (Levels 1 & 2 and Digging Roots: Developmental Trauma), which can help access and process experiences that feel stuck.

I believe healing happens in connection. Let’s work together to help you move from coping to thriving.

My approach to therapy

I’m not here to sit silently while you do all the heavy lifting. I show up as a human first and remain compassionate, open-minded, and genuinely invested in your story. Nothing is “too much” or off-limits here. We can talk about the hard shit, the weird shit, and the “I’ve never told anyone this” shit.

Holistically, I blend evidence-based tools (like CBT and Brainspotting) with a deep respect for your nervous system, your lived experiences, and your unique wiring (especially if you’re a highly sensitive person or someone who’s mastered the art of pleasing everyone but yourself).

Think of me as your grounded, slightly irreverent guide.

We’ll laugh when we can, cuss when we need to, and honor the pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about connection. It's your space to share what's bringing you in and for us to see if we're a good fit. I'll ask questions to understand your story, and you can ask me anything too. Expect a real conversation, a few deep breaths, and zero judgment. We'll leave with a clearer sense of our next steps and hopefully, a little bit of relief.
