Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jenna! As your therapist, my goal is to create a collaborative, welcoming, and nonjudgemental environment where you feel safe telling your story and beginning the healing process. In my experience, approaching challenges or big transitions with support can help provide clarity and confidence. My mission is to empower you to develop the skills you need to navigate the challenges of life as you encounter them.

When I'm not in the (virtual) office, I'm probably playing with my dog, Masha, traveling around Colorado, listening to an audiobook, knitting (poorly), canoeing or kayaking, or trying out a new recipe!

My approach to therapy

I tend to take an eclectic approach to therapy, which just means I like to blend different approaches in order to best fit you and your goals! My favorite techniques are cognitive-behavioral, narrative (examining the stories we hold about ourselves), and existential. I'm working on DBT certification, so I'm excited to add that to the mix soon! I specialize in helping clients build self-confidence, navigate anxiety and depression, and practice mindfulness techniques to improve everyday functioning.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, it's all about creating an atmosphere of trust and understanding, and allowing you to share as much of your story as you would like. From there, we'll work together to identify appropriate goals and how to reach them! I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and safe environment, and to help you practice skills you can use in everyday life to manage stress and restore some much-needed peace!
