Jenna Wolbert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength. She believes healing is not about erasing the past—it’s about understanding your experiences, building resilience, and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Jenna earned her Master of Social Work and has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based psychotherapy approach recognized for its effectiveness in treating trauma and other distressing life experiences. She provides trauma-informed, person-centered care that is individualized to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
Her clinical specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Jenna integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with compassion and collaboration, empowering clients to better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.
Jenna strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. She recognizes that seeking therapy takes courage and is committed to walking alongside each individual with empathy, authenticity, and encouragement every step of the way.
