Great to meet you!

I use online therapy with adults and children who need support to manage stress and anxiety, feel understood, and figure out what to do next in their relationships or life challenges. I help clients uncover their strengths and creativity in order to feel calm and confident. Through therapy I’d love to help you or your children feel heard, calm worry and frustration, have healthy relationships, and feel satisfied with life.

My approach to therapy

I use a tailored approach to online therapy with clients of all ages to help them manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and High Sensitivity. We will have discussions that let you talk about your problems to feel heard, while asking questions to get you thinking. I can provide practical information and skills, as well as creativity using play therapy, art, music, games, and sand tray. We can discuss the mind and body connection, exploring somatic healing practices too.

What you can expect from me

My goals are to help you understand yourself more deeply, find your strengths, and look at things in new ways. I want to help you feel heard, understand your emotions, grow, and cope with difficulties. I want you to feel calm and centered as a person or as a partner. I help people feel in control of their emotions and their life, feel like they won't be overwhelmed with stress, anxiety, or depression anymore, and to know what makes them valuable and worthwhile as an individual or partner.
