Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can be hard and lonely but it doesn't have to be. I'm here to walk through your journey of healing with you. If you've ever struggled with disordered eating, body image concerns, depression, anxiety, and any challenges related to self-discovery and personal growth, I'm here to help you. I believe therapy is most effective when rooted in empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental understanding of each person's unique experiences. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and past. I also incorporate Brainspotting to support the processing and healing of trauma.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect me to meet you where you need me to be. And if you're unsure, we can discover that together.
