Jennafer Maguire

I’m an LMFT from Guam, currently residing in Los Angeles, and I specialize in all things relationship(s)! Whether you’re navigating a romantic relationship, family dynamics, friendships, or your relationship with yourself, I’m interested in understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. My work is grounded in understanding how our past experiences shape the way we see ourselves, the world, and—most importantly—how we connect with others. Together, we can explore the patterns you’ve developed, where they came from, and whether they’re still serving you today.

My approach is conversational, warm, and deeply compassionate. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self—not a place where you have to have the “right” answers or say things perfectly. I believe in authenticity, so I show up as I am, which means my style tends to be more casual, collaborative, and (very very) human.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping will feel different, and the relationships or patterns that may be showing up for you.

If you’ve never been to therapy before, I especially want you to know that you’re in good hands. I love working with clients who are new to therapy, and there’s absolutely no expectation that you know where to begin. We’ll figure it out together!
