Great to meet you!

With 9 years of experience in behavioral modification, I’ve learned that healing rarely follows a straight line. Because of that, I pride myself on being flexible, adaptive, and genuinely committed to meeting clients exactly where they are. Whether someone is navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, I focus on creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and rooted in personal empowerment.

My goal is to support clients in building insight, strengthening coping strategies, and moving toward the personal goals that matter most to them.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, grounded, and growth‐oriented. I help clients name what’s happening, understand where it comes from, and move toward meaningful change. I draw from a psychodynamic foundation to explore patterns, emotions, and the deeper roots of behavior, while integrating CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma‐informed interventions to support practical, real‐world progress.

I focus on reframing challenges in ways that build insight, self‐compassion, and direction. Whether someone is navigating substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, I work collaboratively to help them understand themselves more fully and move toward the life they want.

Flexibility is central to my work. I meet clients exactly where they are emotionally, mentally, and situationally and adjust the pace and style of therapy to fit their needs. With nine years of experience in behavioral modification, I emphasize personal accountability, skill‐building, and steady movement toward personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapeutic space that is direct, supportive, and focused on meaningful growth. I prioritize building strong rapport so you feel grounded, understood, and safe to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we set clear goals that reflect your personal values.
