Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older. I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and a variety of other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe good mental health care starts with listening and understanding the whole person, not just focusing on a diagnosis or list of symptoms. I value open and honest conversations about treatment options and want clients to feel involved in decisions about their care.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and developing a clear picture of what has been going on. We’ll talk about your current concerns, medical and mental health history, past treatments, and what you would like to see improve. From there, we’ll discuss recommendations and develop a treatment plan that makes sense for your individual needs and goals.
