Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here.

I am Licensed Clinical Social Work with over a decade of experience. My work is grounded in the belief that people are inherently resilient — sometimes they just need the right support to reconnect with that strength. I’m not afraid to challenge you when it’s needed, and I’ll be right there alongside you through the process, offering empathy, humor, and encouragement along the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens best in a space where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow. I draw from evidence-based therapies like EMDR (processing traumatic memories), DBT (building skills to manage emotions and relationships), and TF-CBT (understanding and coping with trauma), while also offering Equine-Assisted Therapy, where working with horses creates a unique path to healing and connection.

Whether working one-on-one, with families, or in groups, I focus on creating a supportive environment that fosters self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. I partner with my clients to address trauma, strengthen relationships, and cultivate lasting change — blending clinical expertise with the grounding, reflective presence of the horses who join us in the work.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be compassionate, straightforward, and deeply committed to your growth. I value authenticity and believe therapy should be both a safe space to process and a place to gain practical tools you can use in daily life.
