Great to meet you!

I work with adults, teens, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles, helping them build the tools and self- understanding they need to move forward in their lives. I believe healing begins the moment you feel truly heard, and that's the space I want to build with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered: you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to walk with you, not hand you a script. I draw on EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT skills, somatic experiencing, and TBRI to fit what you're carrying. I'll help you build understanding, practice skills like emotion regulation and boundary setting, and make space for you to be truly heard.
