Great to meet you!

Life doesn’t follow a straight path-we all encounter challenges that feel overwhelming or isolating. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. With over 15 years of experience supporting adults, families, and adolescents, I’m here to help you build resilience, restore confidence, and move toward a more fulfilling future. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can be heard, understood, and supported as you work through life’s complexities. Mental health is deeply connected to our overall well-being and success. Take that first step towards real change.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative and personalized approach to therapy—because no two people are exactly alike. I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. At the heart of my approach is a warm, collaborative connection built on trust, respect, and authenticity.

At the heart of my approach is a warm, collaborative connection built on trust, respect, and authenticity. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at your own pace. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and supportive—but I’m also here to gently challenge you when needed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported. We'll begin by exploring what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to gain from it. Many clients leave the first session with a sense of relief—having taken that important first step—and with greater clarity about their thoughts, feelings, and patterns.

You will also hopefully leave with a sense of hope, seeing that you are not alone, and you can overcome life's challenges. Most importantly, you'll start building a foundation of trust and safety—knowing this is a space where you can be yourself without judgment, and where your experiences will be met with empathy and care.
