Welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Therapist based in Washington state with nearly a decade of experience. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Central Washington University and have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
