Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. This is a space where you can be yourself and explore what matters most to you. Not everyone comes in with clear goals or a full sense of what therapy might be. My role is to work alongside you, to help clarify what you want, shift patterns that aren’t serving you, and support you in moving toward the life you want to create. Together, we’ll find practical ways to make meaningful changes that fit your unique needs and strengths.

My approach to therapy

During sessions, I focus on building a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create positive changes in their lives. I work collaboratively to explore challenges, develop practical strategies, and build skills that fit their unique goals and strengths. My therapy style is collaborative and centered around each client's individual needs. I believe in creating a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

What you can expect from me

With me as your therapist, you can expect a supportive space to explore challenges, develop coping skills, and work toward your goals. Therapy is a journey and it takes time to notice and shift unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors, and to identify goals. My hope is that you will leave each session with clarity, insight, and motivation to continue your path toward mental wellness.
