Great to meet you!

How many hats do you wear? Family member, parent, employee, boss, neighbor, caretaker, student, X whatever, coach, partner? Me too! My goal is to help you be your best in all of your roles! I have specialized training to support parents and families. As a pediatric specialist for many years I have helped parents be their best I understand kids infancy through the launch to adulthood. I can help you get on the same page with your co-parent and offer real life solutions for the challenges of parenting. In a judgement free zone.

As your therapist, I see your strengths as well as things that brought you to counseling. I get that personal pain can thrust us into poor decisions and desperate places. I support you in your life whatever that looks like right now. You don't have to be "sick" to get better. Reducing stress responses, improving happiness, and problem solving relationship issues can help anyone.

My approach to therapy

Since 1995 my focus has been to people through thru life's stages, I tailor the best style to meet each individual person's needs. I use most current therapy modalities and adjust my approach to whatever you need. I am open to your feedback, if something isn't working, I have another tool in my kit to pull from to help you.

What you can expect from me

I create Friendly and Productive sessions, I use humor and take time to create a human connection even on telehealth. I do not sit across from you and say Uh Huh how's that working - Our sessions are two way conversations with one goal of your wellness. Although I am providing telehealth from Northern CA near Lake Tahoe - My heart is in Colorado with you. Growing up I spent all of my Summers and school breaks climbing in the Garden of the Gods, scouting around Manitou, swimming at Glenwood, fishing at Buena Vista, and skiing at Copper Mountain.
