Great to meet you!
I am a licensed clinical social worker providing compassionate, evidence-informed therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and stress-related symptoms.
I have an extensive history of working within the forensic social work arena prior to opening my psychotherapy practice. As a result, I have a nuanced understanding family systems and working with those impacted by complex trauma. It is important to work collaboratively with clients to create a supportive, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I also believe that emotional struggles often occur within the context of a person’s experiences, relationships, and nervous system responses. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping tools, strengthen emotional regulation, and build a greater sense of safety, confidence, and balance in their lives.
