Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. I began my work in 2012, focusing on families, couples, and children. Over time, my passion has led me to specialize in working with adults and families—particularly mothers navigating the perinatal period and the many stages that follow.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and prioritize your emotional well-being. Taking the step to seek therapy isn't easy—but it's a powerful act of self-care.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should meet you where you are. Everyone navigates crisis, change, and growth in their own way, which is why I take a flexible, individualized approach tailored to your unique needs and pace. Our work together will be collaborative and responsive, grounded in respect for your experiences and goals. Whether you're seeking support, clarity, or change, we'll move through the process in a way that feels both safe and empowering.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can discuss your needs, explore whether I’m the right fit for you, and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

If we decide to work together, our first sessions will focus on getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what feels most pressing right now. We'll collaborate to identify therapy goals and tailor approaches that resonate with you and your lived experience.

Open communication and will honest dialogue is key throughout our work together and therapy may involve gently pushing outside of your comfort zone to create meaningful change.

Above all, I want you to feel heard, respected, and empowered. This is your space—to explore, to heal, and to grow.
