Great to meet you!

I provide psychiatric medication management to kids, teens, and adults struggling with low mood, overwhelming anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and other challenges. If you are finding it is hard to enjoy life, to connect with others, to eat and sleep well, to make it to school or get all the adulting done, we can explore these challenges and see if psychiatric medications might help. I love working with queer and trans clients, neurodivergent clients, and trauma survivors.

My approach to therapy

When we are considering psychiatric medications, I want to collaborate with you, not simply tell you what to take. We'll talk about what might work best, how it works, what results we're seeking, and what to look out for along the way. I want you to understand your treatment and feel comfortable speaking up if you have any questions or concerns.

What you can expect from me

I really feel that a good assessment involves looking at every aspect of life and health. First off, we will discuss what your goals are for treatment and then after I've gathered information we will decide on a treatment plan to move you towards them.
