As someone who exists at the intersection of multiple identities - biracial, bisexual, and originally from the East Coast now living on the West Coast - I understand what it’s like to move between worlds and navigate questions of belonging. This informs the way I show up as a therapist: curious and attentive to the unique contexts that shape each person’s experience.
I especially enjoy working with women ages 18–30 who are exploring their sense of self, navigating attachment patterns, or trying to build healthier relationships. My style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental; I balance offering empathy with gently challenging clients to look at what’s beneath the surface.
