Great to meet you!

I have over five years of experience working with young adults navigating challenges in relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. Using attachment-based therapy and EMDR, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood as a whole person.

My approach to therapy

As someone who exists at the intersection of multiple identities - biracial, bisexual, and originally from the East Coast now living on the West Coast - I understand what it’s like to move between worlds and navigate questions of belonging. This informs the way I show up as a therapist: curious and attentive to the unique contexts that shape each person’s experience.

I especially enjoy working with women ages 18–30 who are exploring their sense of self, navigating attachment patterns, or trying to build healthier relationships. My style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental; I balance offering empathy with gently challenging clients to look at what’s beneath the surface.

What you can expect from me

Clients often share that they appreciate my down-to-earth presence and the way I help them feel both safe and encouraged to grow. I believe therapy is not just about addressing symptoms, but about building deeper awareness and connection with yourself, so you can live a more fulfilling life.
