Great to meet you!

I received my Masters of Social Work degree in 2016 from Indiana University. I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, community mental health, hospitals, and hospice. The majority of my social work career has focused on working with students in a school setting, but I have also worked with families in crisis, and patients coping with with grief at end of life. I have a strong background in working with individuals with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach pulling from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques and motivational interviewing. I will tailor my therapy to your specific needs as opposed to using a single model.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another and help me gain an understanding of what made you decide to seek therapy. The session will go at a pace which feels comfortable for you to share your concerns and goals for therapy.
