Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health and addiction professional with over 12 years of experience helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and achieve emotional well-being. I strive to provide a compassionate, client-centered environment where people feel safe to explore and grow. I do not believe people are defined by their mental health symptoms and believe that we all have personal strength to obtain a higher quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, reality therapy, co-occurring disorder treatment, and mindfulness-based strategies. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families to address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, codependency, low self-esteem, anger, and emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about empowering clients to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. I provide a safe and supportive environment that allows my clients to self- heal and find their authentic selves. I believe we all have different needs at different times; thus, I take time to get to know you and use a collaborative approach to your healing journey.

Outside of my practice practice, I enjoy supporting my son’s sports activities, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, cooking, playing volleyball and softball, and spending time outdoors.
