Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona with 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I'm currently seeing clients via telehealth. Whatever brought you here — a difficult season, old wounds, or just a feeling that something needs to change — I believe you deserve a space where you can show up fully, without pretense, and start finding your way forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe real change happens through the therapeutic relationship — not just the techniques we use, but the trust and connection we build together. I walk alongside my clients rather than directing from the sidelines, helping you uncover the strengths you already have. I especially love working with families to strengthen communication and find new ways of relating to one another.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with a free 15-minute phone consultation — a low-key way for us to connect and make sure we're a good fit before committing to anything. When we meet for our first full session, you can expect warmth, genuine curiosity, and zero judgment. I'll ask some questions to understand what brought you in and what you're hoping for, and we'll start building a path forward together — at whatever pace feels right for you.
