Great to meet you!

As your therapist, my primary goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing and identify actionable steps to help you move forward. My practice focuses on building practical coping strategies tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals. You can expect a collaborative relationship built on trust, respect, and mutual dedication to your personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is entirely client-centered, meaning that you take the lead in every session to focus on what matters most to you. I operate from a deep belief that everyone possesses the capacity to change and grow, no matter how stuck they may feel. In our work, I use human behavior and emotionally focused perspectives to help us better understand ourselves and those around us. Ultimately, opening up to a different perspective can fundamentally shift how we respond to life's challenges and unlock new ways forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, our main goal is to build a comfortable foundation and get to know one another at a pace that feels right for you. We will gently explore what brings you to therapy, look at the patterns in human behavior and emotion impacting your life, and discuss your goals. Because you take the lead, there is no pressure; this time is entirely about creating a safe space for you to share. By the end of the session, we will begin mapping out a fresh perspective to help you move forward confidently.
