Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience supporting people across a range of settings, including inpatient care and both individual and family therapy. My work as a therapist has shaped my understanding of how our environments, relationships, and experiences influences our emotional well being throughout life.
Life has a way of asking us to figure things out while we're still figuring out who we are. If your a young-middle aged adult and feeling the weight of career decisions, shifting relationships, family expectations, or just not knowing what comes next, you don't have to sort through it alone.
I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, as well as the specific pressures that come with life transitions — starting a new job, ending or redefining a relationship, moving, or simply realizing the path you're on doesn't feel like yours anymore. A lot of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can't quite name, or unsure how to ask for what they need from the people around them. Through therapy, we can navigate these challenges together through Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am also accepting adolescent clients. I also have experience working with children ages 2.5-12 in elementary school setting experience social/emotional struggles as well children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
