Great to meet you!

Welcome. Reaching out for help isn’t easy, and choosing to begin counseling is a meaningful act of courage. Counseling offers a supportive space to walk through your journey with guidance and compassion. Before becoming a counselor, I sat in the client’s chair myself. The support I received was a meaningful part of my own healing and continues to shape my approach today. It strengthens my commitment to offering a safe, steady, and grounded space where you can explore, process, and grow.

My approach to therapy

My work often integrates cognitive‐behavioral strategies, supportive therapy, and Christian based counseling within a systems perspective. Because every person’s journey is unique, treatment goals are client‐driven and tailored to your needs, values, and pace.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, self‐worth challenges, stress management, and increasing self‐care with a more present‐moment focus.

What you can expect from me

Our first appointment is an introduction appointment in which I will begin learning about what is bringing you to counseling and what you would like to get from counseling.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in meeting you where you are and taking the time to understand your lived experiences—the challenges you carry, the strengths you’ve built, and the goals you hold for healing. I view counseling as a collaborative process, exploring the layers of your story and creating a treatment plan that supports growth and long‐term resilience.
