Great to meet you!

If you are carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, or a major life transition, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to help you find yourself again. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience specializing in maternal mental health and student life transitions. I completed my Master of Science in Counseling at Southern Methodist University and focus on providing flexible, deeply personalized care tailored to your unique journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can safely let your guard down and feel truly heard. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our sessions to your unique journey—blending compassionate exploration with practical, evidence-based tools to help you manage anxiety and unhook from burnout. Specializing in maternal mental health as well as high school and college student transitions, I partner with you to unpack heavy emotional patterns and build practical strategies to regain your calm.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about establishing comfort, safety, and a shared understanding of what you are experiencing. We will spend time discussing what has been feeling heavy, exploring your history, and identifying your immediate goals for therapy. You can expect to leave this initial session feeling genuinely heard, with a clear, collaborative roadmap for our work together and at least one practical tool you can begin using right away to begin feeling more grounded.
