Great to meet you!

My approach is best described as eclectic, meaning I'm trained in multiple therapeutic modalities but each client is unique. I tailor your treatment based on your own, individual needs. I completed my Bachelor's at the University of North Texas and my Master's at Southern Methodist University. I've worked in various settings, such as inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient. Throughout my career I've worked primarily with adolescents, adults, families, and couples, specializing in trauma, queer-affirming, chronic/terminal illnesses, fertility, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, holistic, and open.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know each other more by asking each other questions and discussing your goals. Additionally, we will complete a basic biopsychosocial assessment so that I may get a holistic view of you. I'm very open to questions!
