Great to meet you!

Grand rising! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker professional with over three years of direct clinical experience providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups. My clinical work has included supporting individuals reintegrating after incarceration, military service members and their dependents, clients participating in court‐ordered treatment, and those navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges as well as life in the military.

My practice is grounded in a collaborative, strengths‐based approach that emphasizes empowerment, goal‐setting, and sustainable progress. I am experienced in helping clients clarify their priorities, develop effective coping strategies, and build the skills needed to maintain long‐term change.

I am committed to creating a supportive, culturally responsive therapeutic environment where individuals feel respected, understood, and equipped to move toward their goals with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where collaboration can flourish. I deeply believe in honoring each individual’s unique strengths to enhance the therapeutic journey for lasting, meaningful growth. I have cultivated a holistic approach tailored to each person’s best interests. I enjoy learning about your personal strategies for managing life and building upon your existing skills to foster resilience and well-being for sustainable desired changes.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our time together to begin with a warm and compassionate conversation about what brought you to counseling. I will gather important background information to fully understand your unique situation and how I can best support you. Together, we will identify clear goals and develop a personalized plan of action to help you achieve them. My hope is that you leave each session feeling empowered, understood, and reassured that you do not have to face your challenges alone. Your well-being and growth are at the heart of our work together.
