Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Bachelor’s and Master's of Social Work from Southern Illinois University. My professional experience spans a variety of settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, group homes, and now private practice. Working across these environments has allowed me to support individuals at many stages of life and with diverse mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and structured. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where we work together toward meaningful and measurable change. I use evidence-based treatments to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools they can apply in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you — your goals, challenges, and what has (or hasn’t) worked in the past. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs. You can expect a nonjudgmental, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported.
