Great to meet you!

Life can be complicated, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My role is to partner with you through the challenges life inevitably brings. While we can’t avoid all the “hiccups,” how we respond to them is what truly makes a difference.

I earned my MSW from the University of Southern California (USC) and have had the privilege of working in areas that deeply matter to me — including supporting survivors of domestic violence, guiding families through adoption, and helping individuals during life transitions such as becoming an empty nester, changing careers, entering retirement, or navigating marital shifts as well as facilitating grief and loss groups.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), often blending the two. That said, I believe in collaboration — working with you to discover what approach feels most supportive and effective for your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I am a warm, compassionate, and direct therapist who actively partners with my clients to help them make meaningful changes and achieve the goals that brought them into therapy. While I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space, I also believe in doing the work necessary for lasting growth.

In our sessions, we will identify clear, specific goals and take intentional, practical steps toward reaching them. I provide handouts, resources, and education to support your understanding, and I teach evidence-based tools and techniques to empower lasting change in your life.

My approach balances empathy with honesty—I will walk alongside you while also gently challenging you to move forward with purpose.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients feel empowered by recognizing that they have choices and the ability to change their thoughts and behaviors, fostering greater self-care and a stronger sense of self-worth."
