My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in both relationship and science, drawing from what we know about attachment, emotional development, resilience, and well-being. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences, understood enough to make sense of them, and supported enough to grow. I strive to create a space where clients can be authentic, curious, and compassionate with themselves as we work together toward their goals.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and caregivers who are navigating the impact of trauma, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, anxiety, and emotional stress. My work is informed by extensive training in complex and developmental trauma, attachment, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, and relationally based practices.
Because my practice is virtual, I do not provide direct therapy to young children. Instead, I work closely with parents and caregivers to better understand the meaning behind behavior, strengthen relationships, and build practical strategies that support emotional well-being and healthy development. Whether we are exploring past experiences, current challenges, or patterns in relationships, I focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, connection, and lasting change.
