Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jenny! I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, parenting concerns, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring each session to your unique needs, personality, and goals. I believe there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so together we’ll identify strategies that fit your life and help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and build confidence. I also value bringing curiosity, authenticity, and even moments of humor into the therapy process when appropriate, because meaningful growth can happen alongside genuine human connection.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation where we’ll get to know one another. I’ll spend time learning about what brings you to therapy, your history, what’s working, what’s been difficult, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns you have about therapy. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we’re headed together.
