Great to meet you!

At times in life, we all can feel lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed by challenges that once felt manageable. You may find yourself struggling with emotions, patterns, or questions that leave you feeling confused or unsure of how to move forward. When this happens, having the support of an attuned and compassionate therapist can make a profound difference. Healing often begins within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship—one where you feel seen, respected, and understood. In this kind of space, it becomes possible to explore old wounds, develop new ways of understanding, and gradually rebuild trust in yourself.

I practice a type of therapy that is backed by science and is respectful, experiential, body focused and transparent. I don't believe in labels nor do I believe that any diagnosis is untreatable. I work from an attachment, trauma and depth based psychological models. I am trained and certified in Somatic Experiencing and DEEP and I am trained in NARM.

I specialize in religious abuse and childhood trauma. If you have experienced a traumatizing religious experience or have had an abusive or neglectful childhood, I understand and I can help you reclaim your voice, discover your authentic self and find a fulfilling life. Please reach out if you need support. I have been there and I truly understand.

My approach to therapy

My work is integrative and personalized, meaning therapy is tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs.

Because trauma affects both the mind and the body, I incorporate approaches that support the nervous system, emotional healing, and relational patterns. My work draws from several trauma-informed frameworks, including:

• Somatic Experiencing

• NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model)

• Trauma-Conscious Yoga

• DEEP (Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy)

• Attachment Theory

• Interpersonal Neurobiology

• Mindfulness

• Depth Psychology

These approaches allow us to work not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with the body, nervous system, and deeper patterns shaped by early life experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is always free to assess for fit. Client's can expect a compassionate conversation about your history, current goals, life situation, what brings you in to therapy in this moment and what you are looking for in terms of support and style. If we are not a good fit, I will make a few recommendations to trusted colleagues.
