I enjoy working with individuals who enjoy a combination of traditional "talk therapy" along with experiential exercises. I am the kind of therapist who can help make sessions an engaging and exploratory experience through creative interventions.
In our first session we will spend time getting to know each other. I would like to know what brought you to therapy, your likes, dislikes and how I can be most helpful to you. From there we will work together to create a plan for how to help you achieve the goals that you have for yourself. There are times that talking it through just isn’t enough, maybe a movement, a sound, a song or picture helps you express and comprehend what’s going on inside you.
