Great to meet you!

While every person's journey is unique, many clients report feeling more hopeful, confident, and emotionally grounded as they begin the therapeutic process. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and never judged.

For more than a decade, I've worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stress. I believe that the foundation of successful therapy is a genuine, trusting relationship. I take the time to get to know you, meet you where you are, and tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They appreciate that I balance listening and validation with practical tools they can begin using in their daily lives. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I truly believe in the power of a strong, trusting relationship in therapy. I’m an empathetic listener, and I know how important it is to move at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is strength-based, and I love blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT) and Mindfulness to help you build tools that actually work in real life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There's no pressure to share everything all at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I'll take time to learn about your background, strengths, and goals so we can create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. You'll also have the chance to ask questions, discuss any concerns, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit.

My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction and the next steps in your journey toward healing and growth.Life can be messy and unpredictable, but I’m here to walk with you through it—and maybe even find a little light (and laughter!) along the way.
