Great to meet you!

I hold a MA in Counseling and Community Psychology and have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2011. In that time, I have worked with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings. When working with clients, I have found focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused approaches achieve the results my clients are looking for.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence based therapeutic approaches to offer a highly personalized approach that is tailored to best align with my clients’ goals for treatment. I work collaboratively with my clients to resolve concerns or behaviors, build on their strengths, and become their best selves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to build confidence that things can be different for them. The therapeutic process facilitates positive change which lead to overall improvement in quality of life. As your service provider, I will be there to provide a supporting and safe environment where you feel comfortable working toward your goals.

Prioritizing your mental health should not be an inconvenience, therefore I offer flexible scheduling for my clients.
