Great to meet you!

I will be accepting clients in October, 2026.

Hey, I'm Jen. After 15+ years in this work, I believe good therapy should feel like a real conversation, the kind where you feel understood, gently challenged when you need it, and supported the whole way through. I work with adults who feel stuck. Those who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, and the big life transitions that tend to knock us off balance. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. You won't get a blank stare and a notepad here. We'll figure out what's really going on together and actually move toward something that feels different.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborate and tailored to meet your needs. Along side traditional talk therapy, I also utilize a trauma specific treatment called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy where appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Together we'll find what actually fits you, because no two stories are the same. Clients often describe me as someone who truly gets it and isn't afraid to be honest with them. My hope is that you leave our work not just understanding yourself better, but living differently day to day.

If you're curious whether we'd be a good fit, let's set up a free 15 minute consult and find out.
