I’m a clinical psychotherapist in private practice on Long Island. I offer a warm, compassionate space for individuals looking to better understand themselves, manage anxiety, and feel more grounded in their everyday lives.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a few evidence-based therapies, but I tailor sessions to what you need rather than using a one-size-fits all method. Mostly, I work from a relational, insight-oriented framework. We'll explore patterns, emotions and relationships while also working on coping skills and strategies that you can use in daily life.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy—at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly what to say.
I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy.
I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and make sure therapy feels like a good fit for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what support might be most helpful moving forward.
Many people leave the first session feeling relieved, clearer, or simply glad they took the step to begin. You’re always in control of what you choose to share, and we’ll move at a pace that is right for you.
