Great to meet you!

Meaningful therapy begins with a genuine collaborative partnership where trust is built and safety is felt. My background has taught me the value of resilience and deep empathy, qualities I bring to the therapeutic space. I am a firm believer in the power of movement, mindfulness and the restorative nature of the outdoors to ground ourselves in a busy world.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is intentional and deeply collaborative. I look at wellness holistically. I view myself as a supportive partner walking alongside you. Together we can examine patterns that may no longer be serving you, establish and practice clear and meaningful boundaries and explore deeper, at your pace.

If you’re ready for therapy that goes beyond talking about the same patterns week after week, I offer a more focused path forward. I work with adults seeking to heal trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and emotional patterns that keep showing up in relationships or daily life. Together, we identify what you want to change and work toward meaningful progress in focused 3–6 month chapters. My goal isn’t for you to need therapy forever—it’s to help you heal at the root, build resilience, and feel more confident moving forward.

I use IFS (parts work), EMDR (completing my training) and Brainspotting to help you process experiences that talking alone may not reach. Clients describe me as warm, deeply empathetic, and supportive while still helping them stay focused on the changes they came to make.

Therapy can be a powerful chapter in your life without becoming a permanent fixture. If you’re looking for focused, deeper work with clear goals and space to put what you learn into practice. If my approach feels like the right fit, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on setting a comfortable foundation and getting to know one another. We'll review essential paperwork and you can ask any questions as well. At your pace you may share what has brought you here and what you hope to get out of therapy.

Sessions are primarily fall through spring with a light summer maintenance schedule.*
