Great to meet you!

I have 20 years of experience providing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques. I strive to provide you with the personal knowledge and skills to help you achieve change. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive and honest approach to therapy. I'm here to help you promote change and improve your well-being.

My areas of specialization include Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Depression, Impulse Control, Relationships/Trust Issues, Self-Esteem/Shame Issues, Trauma, Sexual Issues including Sexual Addiction/Compulsions, Internet Compulsions, Sexual Abuse, Anger Management, Stress Management, Grief and Loss issues, as well as men and women issues.

My approach to therapy

I’m a grounded, straightforward, and deeply supportive therapist who believes people do their best work when they feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My style is warm, calm, and direct—I don’t use jargon or vague language, and I make sure you always know the purpose behind what we’re exploring. I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, relationship patterns, self‐esteem challenges, and major life transitions by offering clarity, structure, and practical tools that actually fit real life. I show up consistently, listen closely, and work collaboratively so you can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a healthier, more balanced version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow down and talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you want to change, and what you hope therapy will help you achieve. I’ll ask thoughtful, straightforward questions to understand your concerns, your history, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. My style is warm, steady, and direct—you can expect honest conversation, clear explanations, and a space where you’re listened to without judgment. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs so you leave the session with a sense of clarity and direction.
