Great to meet you!

Every child, teen, and young adult is different—and therapy should honor that. I use a warm, individualized approach that focuses on your strengths and what already works for you. My goal is to create a space where healing feels possible and growth feels natural.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients and their families, and I tailor my approach to what actually fits the person in front of me. I believe therapy should feel useful from the start — not like something you endure for months before anything changes. With younger clients especially, building trust is everything, so I take time to meet them where they are before jumping into the hard stuff. I'm also mindful of family dynamics and how much environment shapes a young person's experience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting comfortable. For younger clients, I want them to walk away feeling like this is a safe space where they won't be judged or lectured. For parents, I want you to feel like you've found someone who takes your child seriously. We'll talk about what's going on, what you're hoping therapy can help with, and what working together might look like going forward.
