Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is invigorated by supporting people seeking guidance and healing to improve their quality of life. My career experience has centered the therapeutic needs of BIPOC communities, survivors of trauma, as well as persons managing life transitions including relationship distress, grief and loss. Additionally, I have worked closely with military service members and their families across all branches and served as a deployed counselor for several years.

My approach to therapy

While diagnoses such as anxiety or depression provides information, they often do not reflect the layers that may contribute to a persons emotional discomfort. My strength-based therapy approach is holistic and intersectional with the goal identifying tangible tools for regaining control of one's wellness.

What you can expect from me

People seeking support from me can expect collaboration in a space of non-judgement to set realistic goals for improved every day functioning. Ultimately, I want to support people in experiencing a healthier and more satisfied version of themselves.
