Great to meet you!

My path to becoming a therapist was a little unconventional, shaped by my years of supporting artists, managing coffee shops, and making documentary films. This experience taught me that every person has a powerful, unique story waiting to be told. I bring that same sense of curiosity and deep listening to my practice, offering a deeply empathetic ear and relaxed, approachable manner.

Whether you're an adult, looking for support and a fresh perspective, or a child who needs a safe space to be themselves, I meet you exactly where you are. For adults, we work together to identify both your strengths and challenges, helping you craft specific solutions and coping strategies. For children, my playful approach, helps them build confidence and autonomy, empowering them to step into the world with a strong sense of self expression.

My approach to therapy

Maybe you've had a feeling for a while now that something needs to change. Perhaps you're an adult navigating a major life change or a parent who sees their child struggling to find their footing. My ideal client is someone ready to be honest about where they are and open to the idea that there's a path forward. They want to find their way again, to feel confident and to truly be themselves without apology.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with an introductory session in which you'll have an opportunity to ask questions as well as tell me what you're struggling with and what you would like to have changed. We will work together to define your goals. I enjoy creating a warm and inviting environment that feels comfortable and safe. You will find me to be relaxed and easy-going. I am excited to help you illuminate the solutions that will untangle the way you feel stuck, lost, or fearful. Together, we can uncover the next steps and move forward, creatively, toward a more vibrant life.
