Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed social worker who believes in providing a caring, empowering, and solution-focused approach to therapy. For the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families, helping them navigate challenges while building on their unique strengths. I'm excited to expand my practice to include adults, and I look forward to supporting you in achieving your goals, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing that each person's experiences, relationships, strengths, and environment all play an important role in their well-being. I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, where we work together to identify solutions to the challenges that are most important to you. I strive to create a space built on open communication, mutual respect, and compassion, where you feel heard, valued, and supported. My goal is to empower you to discover and build upon your own strengths, helping you develop the confidence and skills to navigate life's challenges with resilience.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session where we get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss the concerns that led you to seek support, as well as the aspects of your history that can help us understand what has and hasn't been helpful for you in the past. I understand that meeting with someone new can feel nerve-wracking, so I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My goal is to begin building a trusting, collaborative relationship that serves as the foundation for our work together.
