Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs. I work with a wide range of general mental health concerns, with additional specialized expertise in trauma treatment children through adults, neurodiversity and reproductive mental health. I offer a supportive space to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. Whether you're navigating relationship or parenting stress, perinatal mood disorders, healing from past trauma or seeking guidance for ADHD and autism-related concerns, my goal is to empower you with the tools for meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and trauma informed techniques to ensure care is tailored to your unique experiences. I strive to create a safe and affirming space where you feel heard, validated, and supported on your path to healing.

What you can expect from me

In your first therapy appointment, we will focus on getting to know you--what brings you in, what you've been dealing with, and what you hope might change. I'll ask some questions to understand your history and current concerns, but we'll go at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. You can expect a supportive, collaborative space where we begin outlining goals and next steps together, with no pressure to have everything figured out right away.
