Great to meet you!

As a Licensed and Marriage Family Therapist, I believe in focusing on the improvement of relationships and development and how these affect mental health and behavioral conditions. If you are having trouble managing life, I would love to help you through this process. Seeking out therapy can feeling overwhelming, but is the first step towards change. I have been practicing for over 18 years and my main focus is working with adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered therapy approach to care. I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients throughout our therapeutic journey. I strive to have an open, safe and authentic relationship. I will be there to support, challenge and guide you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I begin treatment with an introductory session, where I explain the therapy process and where you will have the opportunity to share your presenting concerns and goals for therapy. I create a safe, welcoming environment that allows you to be vulnerable and heard. In following sessions, we will work collaboratively together on achieving your preferred treatment goals.
