My style revolves around supporting clients not only with executive functioning challenges, but also with the emotional complexities that often accompany ADHD. This can include shame, self-doubt, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and the exhaustion of feeling like you should be able to “just do the thing.” I will offer honest feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and occasionally challenge you, but you will always have a voice in where our work goes. Therapy is not about me handing you a set of instructions. It is about working together to find a path forward that feels meaningful, sustainable, and genuinely yours.
My style is warm, direct, and relational. I believe therapy is your space to explore what matters to you. I’m here as a guide to help you untangle difficult patterns, better understand your experiences, and find a path forward that feels authentic and workable. I’m passionate about sitting alongside my clients through the hard parts and collaborating with them to create meaningful change.
