Great to meet you!

I see therapy as a mission, not just a job. I have dedicated my professional life to helping people heal and rebuild their foundations in realistic, doable ways after trauma, loss, major change, and other life stressors. My focus is always on you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. I have been licensed since 2013 and practicing therapy since 2015. Outside of work, I love the outdoors and spending time with my animals, family, or traveling.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on helping you face and conquer the challenges in front of you at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I draw on my experience in hospice, domestic violence work, advocacy, rape crisis support, and with youth navigating legal and mental health concerns. Together, we will focus on rebuilding your sense of stability, strength, and hope, using practical tools that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can share what brings you to therapy and what you hope will change. I will listen closely to your story, ask thoughtful questions, and start to identify patterns and priorities together. We will talk about your history with trauma or stressors, what has helped in the past, and collaborate on a clear, realistic plan for our work moving forward.
